Booking Policies & Registration Terms
Last updated: October 23, 2026
To ensure a smooth and professional training experience, Kardiá CPR has established the following booking and registration policies for all publicly scheduled classes. These policies outline important information regarding registration, payment, cancellations, rescheduling, and class participation.
By selecting the acknowledgment checkbox during registration, you confirm that you have reviewed, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions. We encourage all participants to read these policies carefully before completing their registration.
Kardiá CPR: Booking & Registration Policies
1. Class Size & Registration
Public classes are limited to six (6) participants to ensure a quality, hands-on learning experience. Each registration reserves one seat. Individuals registering multiple participants must complete a separate registration for each attendee.
2. Age Requirements
Participants must be at least 13 years of age to attend. A parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process for participants under 18 years of age.
3. Payment & Policy Agreement
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your seat. By completing your booking and selecting the policy acknowledgment checkbox, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these booking and registration policies.
4. Registration Deadline
Registration closes 72 hours before the scheduled start of each class to allow sufficient time for classroom preparation and scheduling arrangements.
5. Minimum Enrollment & Class Cancellations
Morning classes held in Oklahoma City require a minimum of two (2) registered participants.
If Kardiá CPR must cancel a scheduled class due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, affected participants will be notified and offered their choice of:
- Rescheduling to another available class at no additional charge.
- Receiving a full refund of their registration payment.
Rescheduled classes are subject to availability. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Deadline
The cancellation and rescheduling links provided in your registration confirmation remain available until 24 hours before the scheduled class start time. After this deadline, changes must be requested directly through Kardiá CPR and may be subject to additional fees.
7. Rescheduling Fees
Participants may reschedule their registration one (1) time at no additional charge, provided the change is completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
A $25 rescheduling fee applies to any subsequent schedule changes or requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled class. All rescheduling requests are subject to class availability.
8. Late Arrival Policy
To maintain course integrity and ensure all required training components are completed, participants arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class start time will be required to reschedule.
A $25 rescheduling fee will apply to participants who exceed the 15-minute late-arrival allowance.
9. No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend their scheduled class without providing advance notice will be considered a no-show.
Following a first no-show, participants may transfer their registration to another available class upon payment of a $25 rebooking fee. No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
10. Refund Policy
All participant-initiated registrations are final, and payments are nonrefundable. Participants who are unable to attend their scheduled class are encouraged to use the rescheduling options outlined above.
If Kardiá CPR cancels a scheduled class, participants may choose between rescheduling at no additional charge or receiving a full refund.
For questions or special circumstances, please contact Kardiá CPR by phone or email to discuss available options.
11. Certification Renewals
Participants seeking to renew an existing certification may register for any regularly scheduled course appropriate to their certification needs. Standard course pricing applies to both initial certification and renewal.
12. Certification Card Issuance
Upon successful completion of all required course components, certification cards are typically issued within 24 hours of completing the class.
Card issuance timelines are subject to the processing systems and availability of the applicable certifying organization, including the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), and Health & Safety Institute (HSI). While Kardiá CPR makes every effort to issue certification cards promptly, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.
