Class policies

- Six seats per class. One booking holds one seat, so if you are booking for two people, book twice.
- Students must be 13 or older. A parent or guardian books for anyone under 18.
- Pay in full when you book. You tick a box on the booking form to agree to these policies.
- Booking closes 72 hours before class, to allow time for classroom preparation and scheduling.
- A morning class in Oklahoma City runs only when 2 or more students book. If Kardiá CPR must cancel a scheduled class due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, affected participants will be notified and offered their choice of rescheduling to another available class at no additional charge or receiving a full refund of their registration payment.
- The cancel and reschedule links in your confirmation close 24 hours before class.
- If you need another date, you can reschedule once at no charge until the reschedule link closes, 24 hours before class. A second move, or any move after the link closes, costs $25.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule, and a $25 rescheduling fee applies.
- After a first no-show, you can move to another available class for the $25 rebooking fee. No refunds for missed classes.
- Registrations are final and payments are nonrefundable. If you cannot attend, you are encouraged to use the rescheduling options above. For special circumstances, call or email Kardiá CPR.
- Renewing a card? Book the regular class, at the same price.
- After you successfully complete all course parts, cards are typically issued within 24 hours. Delays at the certifying body can happen.
